Depending on the case, I offer a sliding scale hourly rate or a flat rate. My goal is to ensure clients who would not otherwise have access to an attorney for legal matters that could determine the rest of their or their children's educational careers can affordably receive representation. One hour consultations are free. Retainers must be paid upfront.
